STD's : Criminal Offence or Society's Problem?

It's a late Monday evening and I fall asleep after sitting in my apartment for three hours writing a report on STD's. I start dreaming and find myself getting very frustrated not knowing what to write. I decide to go out an have some fun and relieve a little stress. I have a few drinks (or maybe more), get into my car, and start driving to meet up with some friends. I see a car pull out in front of me on the highway and so I purposely speed up. Who does this guy think he is? The next thing I know, the man in the car shoots me the finger as I pass, so I pull up even more and cut him off. Now he appears to be even madder and I'm also raging. All of a sudden the man swerves and hits the guard rail. He is instantly killed. I am charged with second-degree murder the following day. Later it is determined that the man I killed had a very highly ethical-related history. He knew of the fact that he was infected with Aids and his previous girlfriend did not know.
