Spiritual Warefare and counseling

I was excited to begin this assignment. I’ve long been interested in the issue of spiritual warfare. Once I began research however, I found that there is an overload of information about this subject. One person talks about how there is a demon behind every bush and we should bind Satan in every circumstance; the other says, forget about binding anything, spiritual warfare is just about living a Godly, biblical life. How do I know who to believe? Scripture itself seems difficult to interpret in this matter. As I go into this paper I hope to bring information from the more biblical based authors and from the Bible to come to a conclusion about spiritual warfare.
