Speed Limit on Highways Around Forestville.

In the debate on reducing the speed limit in the regional area around
Forestville would reduce the number of vehicular accidents would appear to
be logical and reasonable in the first instance as the statistics show that
increasing the speed limit by 10 Miles Per Hour had increased the number of
accidents by 15 per cent. However, that before the speed limit was
increased there are other masked factors that were not taken into
consideration, these other factors had also contributed to a high rate of
accidents and a reduction of the economic development in Forestville.

It is known that the increased speed limit had taken place 6 months ago, and
during that period it is also necessary to bring forth many other factors
that might have contributed to the higher rate of vehicular accidents and
other problems. One of these might have contributed by adverse weather
conditions such as on rainy days when the roads or highways might have
slippery surfaces which made driving ...
