Snail Mail vs. E-Mail

As technology is becoming more wide spread, e-mail on the worldwide Internet seems to be taking precedence over the traditional way of sending mail, which I like to call “snail-mail.” When comparing the two, it is clear that either one can be used in most instances because snail mail and e-mail have a lot in common. They both can be used as types of communication devices. Friendly letters, regular letters, complaints, advertisements, messages, and lastly news can be sent on either snail or e-mail. They are both accessible to paying the bills and/or ordering items.
When compared to e-mail, snail mail just doesn’t measure up. There are many disadvantages to sending mail by the postal system. When sending letters or other parcels through snail mail, it has to be sent several days in advance to make sure it arrive...
