For nearly three years, it has been going through a hard time. Executives are predicting that the technology sector has yet to see its darkest days. This crisis suggests many silent/hidden factors: such as funding dried up, non-technical professionals, cyber crimes etc. Besides, IT is taken as just computerization even by many IT professionals and companies rather as “Information Technology”. The biggest blow to this was the “Dot Com Crisis” which started in 1999
