Shrek

Since the beginning of time, humans have been able to imagine and dream, and it’s because of the minds boundless ability to imagine, that humans have evolved over time to become what we are now. Imaginative journeys have boundless possibilities and it may be because of this, that sometimes, imaginative journeys may teach us more about life that physical ones, Shrek is an animated film produced by the directors Andrew Adamson and Vicky Jensen. The context of the film consists of a typical fairy tale world with not so typical fairy tale creatures.

At a glance, the film is obviously set in an imaginative world, but upon closer inspection the viewer should find that the world of Shrek is linked to the real world, though the characterisation of creatures that inhibits it.
