Shaolin monks of China Buddhism

1) The life of a Shaolin monk in China. The Shaolin monk is a person who is very determined and disciplined. They sleep upon a hard stone floor with only a blanket separating them from it. They are on a daily schedule of waking up early in the morning at around 4-5am. They stretch and exercise for a long hard day of rigorous training and discipline. Each individual has their own unique way of straining their minds but every monk uses the same method, that being of discipline to attain their enlightenment. The Shaolin monk bases his concentration and discipline around martial arts. Self torture in straining their minds and body to extreme limits.
