It is not only the problem of educational system but also the social problem that should be paid more attention by government and public. I agree part of opinions that the article presents and I have my own opinions as well. I wondered what crisis in leadership of secondary schools faces and what causes this crisis when I read the title. I got the answer at the beginning of the article: "Secondary schools will face a leadership crisis within a decade as young teachers shun extra workload and responsibility, heads said this week." And then the article raises another reason "Staff are increasingly opting for a life outside school and turning down promotions that could ultimately lead to headships". In succession, the article quotes some opinions to explain the cause of crisis. It seems that lacking younger teachers or staff result...
