Second Oswald

The 'Second Oswald' or 'Harvey and Lee' theroy as it has also been named, is based on the idea of two individuals using the name Lee Harvey Oswald and living a parallel existence. One Oswald would ultimately be framed for the assassination of JFK while the other escaped undetected, presumably with the help of whatever government agency or group was responsible for the plot.
The main evidense behind this theory are eye witness accounts placing Oswald in various unlikely locations. Many people have reported strange insidenses in which they saw or dealt with Oswald under odd or suggestive circumstances before and after the shooting, which presents the idea of a 'Second Oswald'. Some of these are: that Oswald was seen at a rifle range hitting bulls eyes; that he and two Latin types tried to get financing for illegal activities from Mrs. Sylvia Odio; that Oswald tried to cash a check for $189 in Hutchison’s Grocery Store.
