Scientific Method

Throughout our life journey we are constantly in engaged in scientific method. We do this both voluntarily and involuntarily. Having some type order or plan has proven to be a preferred method of problem solving. The author of this document will reveal how we use the scientific method a simple experience involving how salt affects the temperature of boiling water. The following steps will be observed and recorded: identify the problem, form a hypothesis, invoke deductive reasoning, collection/analysis of data and derive at a conclusion (Nebel and Wright, 2003).
