Schools should have stronger discipline

In schools, students will be disciplined if they do any of the following; fail to follow reasonable and clear instructions from a teacher, behave in such a way as to threaten the health of a student or teacher, commit an act of violence or cause significant damage or destruction to property, or if knowingly involved in the theft of property.
Also, if they possess, use or deliberately assist others in the use of illegal substances, behave in a way which threatens the good order of the schools program or facilities, consistently behave in a manner which interferes with the educational opportunities of any other pupil, engages in unacceptable discriminatory behaviour or harassment of another person, and is o...
