To whom it may concern,

I write to you in complaint regarding the tenant residing above our unit. As previously discussed I do not believe she understands the compromise you must live under when renting a flat. Michael and I have had several discussions regarding this issue and both share this point of view. The purpose of this letter is not to make personal judgements of her nature, yet to point out how petty she has been with living arrangements.
