Abstract

My personal strengths and weaknesses will focus on 24 years of experiences in the working environment, personal life, and my learning team. I seem to be one of those individuals that believe that they do not have any weaknesses. Therefore, in order to the write this paper I will focus in on both areas to ensure those strengths and weaknesses are identified. Knowing my strengths and weaknesses is important because it can tell you whether you're ready to start a small business, buy a home, get marriage, or to pursue your educational or working goals.
