Rome and Tokyo

In recent years, I have been to Italy and Japan. Among the cities I visited in the two countries, Rome and Tokyo are the impressive cities that can represent Italy and Japan. Both of them are attractive; however, their culture background is very dissimilar. I observed several similarities and differences between Rome and Tokyo.
At first, they are both capitals with many convenient facilities. Both Rome and Tokyo have outstanding mass transit, like subway system. There are many popular stores in the shopping area in the two cities. In addition, the delicious foods are both well known in Rome and Tokyo.
