Robert Frost: A Literary Legend

A superstar in his time, Robert Frost transcended boundaries in American poetry that were framed by his predecessors. His fame and popularity was celebrated by politicians and the public. His literary knowledge and prowess, lead to many opportunities to surpass record sales, appearances on magazine covers, being asked to compose a special poem for John F. Kennedy’s inauguration ceremonies, and taking a trip to Russia on a mission of goodwill for the U.S. government. The power of his poetry alone has created new generations of readers, and still to this day has a strong influence on many of today’s well-known poetry authors.
