Review of Zen and the Art of Motorcycle

Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance and its inquiry into values was a viable tool in questioning what it is you believe in and why it is that quality and the joy of the journey is so important in every area of a persons life. This book truly made me look at many issues such as being stuck, being true to oneself, and most importantly understanding why we are here and what is our purpose. This is what this book did most for me, helped me to look deep into my own values and learn about myself – and that’s the most valuable education anyone can get.
If you don’t understand yourself, you can’t possibly understand your mission in life. If you don’t know exactly why you’re on that certain mission, and exactly what you are capable of, the possibilities of falling short of the goal will more than likely become a reality.
