Fish resource is classified as a natureal resource where almost 100 million people directly ad indirectly earn their income from fishing, especially in the regions of Asia. Around 11% of the global trade in agricultural products is in fishing products. small scale fishers are also responsible for about 50% of the global scale of fish catch. Fishing was not exploited in the past but spatial change over time led to the demands for fish increasing by about 60% of the fish type tracked by the United Nations independent body. Nine of the worlds 17 major fishing grounds are now in decline an and 4 have been fished out commercially. Only about 10% of fishiers remained under exploited.
