Research of Human Skeletal remains

Analysis on human skeletal remains can determine many aspects of the body when he or she was alive. Analysis can determine the sex, height and the weight of the human before he or she died. Generally, sexing can be done quite easily by simply looking at the genitalia. If all that remains is the skeleton, then it makes it much more difficult to determine the sex. The best indicator of the sex of the skeleton is the shape of the pelvis. Females have a larger opening in the pelvis for giving birth, whereas males have a smaller opening.
