My Two Cents

“Thou shall not lie! Remember the Sabbath day and keep it holy! Honor thy mother and thy father! For if you don’t, thou shall be banished to the fiery pits of hell for all eternity!”

Jesus must be stewing in his grave. I’m sure we’ve all heard words very similar to these before. Most of us (children) are held against our will every Sunday. We are dragged out of bed at 8 o’clock in the morning and have these sort of beliefs pushed upon our undeveloped minds until about 1 o’clock. By the time it’s all over and done with, we’ve missed out on all our favorite Sunday morning cartoons. Whatever happened to Sunday being God’s day of rest?
