“Relativism is necessary to openness and this is the virtue, the only virtue, which all primary education for more than fifty years has dedicated itself to inculcating.” This statement of relativism for the student is directly influenced by and is an influencer of Bloom’s major thesis or relativism. Bloom asserts that as a result of relativism, students have nothing to cling to.
