Issue in Critical Thinking
The purpose of this paper is to discuss an article on Internet and the problems that arise in critical thinking skills due to the increased amount of information provided by the Internet. The paper will also discuss how the author of the article dealt with perception, assumption, emotion, language, argument, fallacy, logic, and problem resolution. (UOP Unimodule, 2003)
The author’s perception, assumption, emotion, language, argument, fallacy, and logic are clearly stated in the article. For example, the author states one of the growing problems with the large amount of information on the Internet is that there is too much for people to navigate through. The Internet does not provide a luxury but rather provides even more difficulties with users being unable to find the relevant information that they needed. The unfathomable amount of information can become distracting, overwhelming, and intimidating to users who have no skills that may help them sear...
