Reflection

Reflections on Learning
“ Personally, I am always ready to learn, although I do not always like being taught” (Clark). In just one sentence, Winston Churchill managed to describe my outlook on learning. Although I am very emphatic about learning new things, especially in a college setting, there are always obstacles that prevent me from doing what I love.
Primarily, I have basically no recollection of my childhood. However, I did remember my mom entertaining me with stories of my kindergarten days. She was really excited to tell me that I learned to read about half a year before I entered kindergarten. Moreover, even before that I ’learned’ the words to songs and etc. My first song was Purple Rain by Prince. That passion for the game of learning continued until I reached high school. I vaguely recollect the first six weeks of freshman year, the one of the only years I made all A’s. My most important learning education came from high school. I ascertained ...
