Background

We currently have about 50 active referees (plus about 4 new first year Referee’s) to cover approximately 70 plus games each weekend (including juniors). This has come down from about 65 plus active referees within the last couple of years. Considering the ages of our current referees, we are likely to lose at least another 5 or 6 referees in the next year or so.
