Redecorating Portfolio Project

Calvin and Hobbes are redecorating their tree house and needs to find out how much it will cost and how much they need. They wanted to carpet and pad the wreck room, and then they want to tile the entryway, and paint the walls. In order to do so they must find the area of each section to find out how much they will need and how much it will cost. The formula for area is A=HW

In order to find out how much the carpeting will cost they will have to figure out the area of the wreck room. To find out the area you need to times width times height. The height is 17feet and the width is 12 feet.
