Realistic Change

Seventy-five students will most likely fail this school year because of failing grades and ditching. They fail mostly because there just aren't enough hours in the day to do homework afterschool, and they ditch because they go out to eat during lunch and they are not getting fast service. I believe the lunch hour should be extended from approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Tardiness would be decreased because students would not have to rush and lose track of time. They given time now, 50 minutes, doesn't allow students to leave Bloomfield, leaving them at overcrowded, slow restaurants.
