Alcohol was the one that builds up her most embarrassing moment she ever felt in her life. However, the adolescent love made the narrator so sad, which pushed her to try new ¡§things¡¨, like alcohol. Alcohol is a strong depressant. The narrator was depressed while she was babysitting for the Berrymans because of the sad moment just past with her ¡§boyfriend¡¨.
