Rates of reaction

Not all chemical reactions proceed at the same rate. Some are fast, and some are slow. There are 4 main factors that affect the speed of a chemical reaction.

We are going to look at the affect of different concentrations of hydrochloric acid on the reaction between calcium carbonate and hydrochloric acid.
I have decided to do some preliminary work to determine which size marble chips to use.
