RAD approach to Software Development

RAD approach is the development of software with the use of existing tools and codes to quickly create a program with minimal personnel and low budget. In this situation, the use of existing tools and codes was necessary, a small team was required, and software development lasted a short period of time, all of which characterise what the RAD approach is.
