PWC and Knowledge Curve

In an attempt to streamline the usage of Knowledge Curve (KC), the new intranet, among all PWC¡¦s employees, PWC needs to take action upon the technological and organizational problems that arose due to the merger of the company:

„X The immediate need for PWC to increase awareness for KC among its employees and facilitate a fostering environment for employees to share and contribute knowledge to this intranet to accelerate its adoption.
„X The need to increase information coordination and organization between industry line and service group and the global and local KC.
„X The need to implement search engine as part of KC as soon as possible and to integrate the two level of KC.

For these reasons, I decided that PWC needs to follow these certain actions to ensure the success of Knowledge Curve.
