Public Relations

I feel that effective public relations (PR) has to start with-in an organization. I think the PR Department should report to the CEO. With that in mind, for an effective PR Department work, all projects should be done with honesty, with the organization its self on your mind. When reporting to upper-management, you also need to be up front. Meaning you need to be unfiltered, uncensored and show the full picture if possible. And that is another reason that you really need to report to upper management.
