Public Order Codes - Puerto Rico

INTRODUCTION The Codes of Public Order are a set of effective municipal ordinances or new municipal legislation that they try to govern spaces public demarcating places of specific and limited territorial extension that presents/displays problems of disorder or public coexistence. The Codes of Public Order have been established in order to improve the quality of life of the puertorriquenos. At the moment in Puerto Rico they have been implanted more than twenty (20) codigos. The municipality of San Juan counts on the following codes: Piedras river, Working District, Old San Juan and next New Port, which is the object of our study.
