The word ¡¥communication¡¦ comes from the Latin word, ¡§communis¡¨. It means sharing of ideas, facts, opinions and information.
According to Brown, it is defined as a process of transmitting ideas or thoughts from one person to another for the purpose of creating understanding in the thinking of the person receiving information.
