Reaction Paper #3: Gender Difference and Analysis
The exploration of gender differences is an extremely broad and varied topic area. There are numerous attributes of males and females and their habits to be discovered. To entertain the issue of group cohesiveness and dependability versus undependability, my group conducted a survey of the number of males and females eating in groups or independently at the cafeteria in Markley Hall. My theory was that there would be more males eating alone, because based on the readings, males are more independent and tend to worry less about being seen in public alone. I hypothesized that females would tend to flock together more, because that seems to be their nature.
