As you already know, we have a serious problem with Model 425. It’s hurting our company's sales, our profits, and most importantly our reputation. I’ve fully researched the whole problem, and think you’ll find that it can very easily be remedied..
First of all, let’s look at the facts. 30% of new installations (regarding Model 425) fail within a month. This means that 70% of new installations are doing well. That’s 70% of our problem solved already. Don’t worry, I’m going somewhere with this.
Now, let’s take a step outside the box and look at the whole problem from afar. The fact that 70% of our Model 425 installations are doing well, means that only a portion of our manufacturing department is messing up somewhere. As to which specific...
