Probation

On a day in March while I was hanging out with my friends two of the girls there wanted to get into a fight with another girl. Well they did fight and when the victim went to the police she stated that I pushed her in the middle of the road and was then almost struck by a car. Upon hearing this I knew that this was untrue so I asked the officer to take my statement but he said “No I’m too busy try on Sunday.” So before taking hearing both sides of the story he wrote me a citation for Disorderly Conduct, and told me when I had to appear in court. After numerous trips (four) to court with time missed from school and my mom missing either work or classes. I am now finished with court, but only because the charges were dropped and plea of guilty to a Violation of Probation was taken instead, for acting i...
