PROACTIVE, REACTIVE, AND DEAD

This is a simple paper to address the current trend to categorize response into trendy terminology that must be explained prior to being understood. While reactive is pretty simple, responding to something that happens to you (or the particular system you are working in), proactive is a little more difficult.
