I am gonna read you an overview for the last 12 years of the Iraqi United States standoff and some situations that are involved. Approximately twelve years ago President Bush had heard of a rumor that Iraq had nuclear weapons and or is in the process of building one. Bush conversed with the UN and implemented the disarmament of the weapons without pushing it too far. Bush gave Saddam Hussein the benefit of the doubt to disarm and sign the nuclear weapon agreement that states clearly that Iraq can not build or attempt to build nuclear weapons. That is now not the case. Here we are 12 years and two presidents later, our new president George W. Bush, former President Bush¡¦s son found out through special sources that Iraq¡¦s leader Saddam Hussein has completed the nuclear weapons that he has been building for the past 12 years. In fact he was caught purchasing plutonium and some other bio nuclear chemicals.
