Pro or Con :pot good or bad

Statement: Marijuana has been an issue for many many years. Some researchers say that marijuana is safer then alcohol, others say that it is a gateway drug, a drug that leads to the use of other drugs. While both of the may be true, the government has never really done enough research on either issue. Another issue is if it has medicinal uses.
