Privacy in the constitution

Privacy is a broad concept; many difficult questions of business and medical ethics, and problems of identity theft are put together under the heading of "privacy" concerns. In this case I have been presented with the question, should we add a privacy amendment to the constitution. And my answer is yes because the founding fathers could not have accounted for the change in technology and surveillance during the 20th century in these three non-exclusive areas e-mail, medicine, telecommunications.
The question of workplace privacy is a tricky one. In order to come up with a solution that suites everyone, one must balance the separate, and often conflicting, needs and expectations of employers and employees.
