Presenting the Doberman Pinscher
Dobermans have been in my life for as long as I can remember. Nicholas or “Nick” as I called him was a male Doberman and my best friend during my childhood years. This dog represented the finest characteristics of the breed in every way. He was obedient, very protective, and had a disposition that was worthy of the show ring.
Nick and I were inseparable from dawn to dusk. If I were happy, sad, or frightened he seemed to have an amazing ability to sense my emotions and react to them accordingly. These are the reasons that I favor the Doberman Pinscher over all, and consider them the best companion dog in the world.
Nicholas died at the young age of 11 due to cancer of the stomach. I was 13 years old at the time and vowed to have another Doberman someday, with the hope that he or she would be half as incredible as my lost friend.
My search for my next dobe has leaded me through countless dog magazines, breeder referrals...
