If the word ~{!0~}fact~{!1~} here is broadly defined as all matters in the world, for example it means natural laws, human history, science discovery, and so on, I can not arbitrarily say facts are all stubborn things. Some facts can and have been altered by human being through the great efforts our ancestors have made.
