The Aim

Jan is a nurse in a hospital and regularly has to abandon her freshly made cup of coffee to attend to the needs of her patients. She likes a standard 250ml cup. She is interested in knowing of there is a pattern in the cooling of her coffee made from boiling water. She visits the hospital laboratory and is offered the use of two pieces of equipment.
