Upon receiving the situation, we did an investigation using Porter 5 Forces and Nolan Model as well as considering environment, management, organization and technology factors that affect the clinic. We then proceeded the systems analysis stage with a business overview of the current system, the problems incurred thereby leading to the proposed system.
