Michelle: Good evening, this is the April 9th, 2003 edition of Weather Watchers. I am Michelle Maksimowski.

Klara: And I am Klara Ric.

Michelle: Our lead story tonight is the deadly tornado that hit central Texas just one hour ago. The damages that the F5 tornado caused are extreme. It has taken the lives of 31 people and injured over 50 others. The tornado has destroyed several buildings, leaving hundreds of people homeless. Many livestock are reported missing while others were found dead. Hundreds of forests were uprooted and thousands of crops were demolished. The cost of the tornado’s damage is currently estimated at 8 million dollars.
