Development Process – Planning Stage

Planning is a crucial part of the project development process. It ensures the project team to successfully work towards a common goal.

In the early weeks of the assignment, the project group produced a project plan, allowing the group to develop initial ideas on the project. During planning, the group addressed various vital issues. These include defining the project, analysing the client needs, exploring different research methods and understanding various technical requirements.
