In a time of prohibition, world war, and the great depression America saw a new

light. In 1913 cubism was introduced to New York at the armory show along with many

other fashions in our artistic world. Many extraordinary artists attended this event such

as Walter Kuhn, Arthur B. Davies, and of course Pablo Picasso. This event marked the

stepping stone of modern day art as we know it.
