Phantom Of The Opera

The Phantom of the Opera was written by Andrew Lloyd Weber and was showing at the Majestic Theatre. Briefly, The Phantom is the story of a man (The Phantom) who lives underneath an old theater and falls in love with a particular young lady who sings there (named Christine). He becomes obsessed with her and the need for her to play the main role in their production. He is also jealous of her relationship with another man. He pines away for Christine, makes problems for the theater, and eventually takes her for his own. "Phantom" has suspense, romance, violence, beautiful music and lots of special effects. There is no denying that this musical is a hit, and that Andrew Lloyd Webber is an extremely talented man. As an Entertainment Technology major, I greatly appreciated every aspect of this production.
