*My Trip*

As I look back upon the seventeen years of my life, I realize that there has been many important turning points that shapes who I am today. In this essay, I have chosen to discuss a trip I took last summer that had a great impact on my life. This trip taught me a lot about who I am and about how diverse this country is.
Last July, I visited my sister back east for seven days. Leaving home for the first time and traveling three thousand miles away was a big step for me.
