Synthes is a dynamic, growth-oriented company in a highly exciting and challenging field. There has been tremendous success and growth since it began marketing the Arbeitsgemeinschft fur Ostiosynthesefragen (AO) Association for the Study of Internal Fixation (ASIF) system of orthopedic instruments and implants. Advancement opportunities are unlimited with the right educational, technical, and professional skills.
Twelve years ago when I was employed by the Synthes organization, the company was in its early stages of growth. As with any company, growth and advancement opportunities are usually slow in the beginning and the numbers of employees are few. The company employed approximately twenty-five employees whose shills were from the mechanical trade industry.
