Personal streghts

Personal goals are developed in and for different phases of our lives, they are the things that push us to move forward and succeed in life’s activities. In our youth we only look short term with our goals. Did I do today’s homework! (Man that is coming back to me.) We set personal goals for what we will accept for our grades in different classes, our goals for our level of performances in the realm of sports or extra curricular activities as well as goals for who we will or will not date.
As we mature into young adults our goals seem to mature along with us, we no longer have dreams of being kings or queens of far away islands. We begin to set longer distance goals based on where we are now and where we want to be later in life.
